Extrusion Mastered to Perfection
Over the years, Soniplastics has acquired valuable know-how in extrusion processes. Our company is one of the only ones in Canada to develop its own PVC powder, allowing it to ensure better management of its production. Extruded with maximum precision, our profiles are then subjected to the most rigorous quality control. Laser equipment is used in particular to ensure that any non-compliant product is eliminated.

- 5 5/8” contemporary shutter without brick molding
- All PVC windows with fusion welded corners for better sealing and efficiency
- Fully welded chassis and frame
- Low-E and Argon double-strength low-e glass
- Glazing with black co-extruded seal for better resistance to discoloration and better aesthetics
- SuperSpacer Quanex Spacer System.
- Triple weather stripping positioned on the shutter for optimal air and water tightness
- Multiple air chamber profiles made with powdered PVC compound which gives a glossy finish

- Exceptional ultra fade resistant paint
- Tiles & bars integrated into the glazing
- Interior blowing in PVC-covered pine or unjointed #1 pine.
- Universal brick molding (3/8”, 1 1/8″, 2″, 4″) with cavity for exterior house cladding
